From our researchOfficial men's wetsuit size chart lists dedicated Tall codes alongside regular and Short codes. Exact tall entries seen: MT = 6'1"-6'3", 160-180 lbs; LT = 6'2"-6'4", 180-200 lbs; XLT = 6'3"-6'5", 200-220 lbs. Full men's run seen: XS, S, MS, M, LS, L, XLS, XL, 2XLS, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL plus the three Tall codes. No 2XLT or larger tall code appears. Tall applies to wetsuits only — no tall sizing confirmed in O'Neill's general apparel. Weight caps at 220 lbs mean this suits lean-tall builds specifically.
