From our researchIncluded on the strength of a genuine remote path: official copy promotes a 'Digital Measuring App' described as 'contactless', plus virtual appointments, with the stated benefit of 'Precise measurements, endless style advice, and peerless client service from anywhere.' The site nonetheless leans heavily on appointments at Nordstrom locations and authorized stylists, so the online-only route is secondary rather than primary. LIMITATION: no published measurement limits; tall capability inferred from the MTM model. Their FAQ page is robots-disallowed and could not be read. Weakest online-scalability case of the MTM entries here — verify the app path before recommending.
