From our researchQualifies as scalable online custom: official copy states 'In three easy steps, you can measure and customize your suit or tux in two minutes' — choose fabric, enter height, weight and body shape, receive recommended sizing and measurements. Showrooms exist in Boston, Charlottesville, NYC-Tribeca, Raleigh, Richmond and Washington DC, plus virtual appointments, but a showroom visit is NOT required to order. LIMITATION: no published height/measurement ceiling, so tall capability is inferred from the custom model. Because initial sizing is algorithmic from height and weight rather than tape measurements, a very tall or unusually proportioned customer should expect to use the virtual appointment route.
